ASA has much higher costs than skywest. Remeber also back in 2005/2006 when ASA was purchased by skywest and ASA was negotiating a new contract. ALPA did nothing but drag its feet on the 700 and 900 pay and didn't want to even meet half-way.

Also I don't know if you should be posting that on a public forum, that was info sent out in a company e-mail.
