SKW management went through a lot of trouble since BH took over at ASA to boost moral and make it seem like they actually cared about our employees. The only thing I can figure is that SKW has more of a vested interest in keeping the Skywest pilots happy and union activity at bay. Disappointing news but not really surprising!
I can see how it may feel like that but I wouldn’t call this a "shift in flying." It sounds more like additional at-risk flying.
