SKW management went through a lot of trouble since BH took over at ASA to boost moral and make it seem like they actually cared about our employees. Lately, the words are still there but they are furloughing pilots, badly abusing our FAs and hardly even waving goodbye as we lose stations. The only thing I can figure is that SKW has more of a vested interest in keeping the Skywest pilots happy and union activity at bay. Disappointing news but not really surprising!
