As for what we’re doing.........I hate to be critical of my own but the majority of SKW pilots only care about themselves and can't see past their noses. They don't see the big picture because their too busy drinking Jerry's Kool-Aid. This pilot group will never set the bar and it will never hold the bar.
It's sad but it's true. There is a day of reckoning coming but it will be long after Jerry leaves and hopefully then they’ll stand up and take an active role in joining the voice on capital hill.
I disagree on pay. I cant quote numbers at the moment but I am pretty sure ASA is ahead of you guys but that is beside the point. I feel no malice toward you our your pilot group. I am a bit upset about losing my captain seat while SKW is in ATL flying flight we could just as easily do. You are here because you have aq cheaper labor cost. Not 100% your fault but hey, I need a punching bag. I really wish we could merge. Otherwise am afraid we will be in a, I hate to use the terminology, a whipsaw situation."
