Where there is smoke there is probably a fire. It could be coincidence, but I bet the reason Parker stated he can make money by selling the 190s is because he already has an offer on them. Seems to me it is just a matter of winding down the schedule and reduce the staffing over the next year to accomodate this new development. After reading the above I now seriously doubt Parker is using the 190s as a bargaining chip for pilot negotiations- he's selling them.
