Nope.

You only need to go to FSDO if you want to get an SIC Type Rating for the CE-500 on your pilot certificate. Given how easy it is (simply complete an 8710 and take your logbook with endorsement in) I don't see why somebody with only a 61.55 logbook endorsement WOULDN'T do it...but to each their own.
