No sweat. It was the best move I ever made. My personality was, at the time, not quite right, for the UPS "experience." It took me about 6 additional years to make it to the left seat, but that was just fine with me. FedEx was a more correct fit for me than UPS would have ever been.

You and a lot of others. Something the company doesn't like to be reminded of to much is that between the start of the airline in 88 until we formed the IPA the company hired and train almost 1200 pilots, there where only 762+/- left to vote on the formation of the IPA. The rest had bailed for places they felt where better or anywhere but UPS.
