A seniority integration is based on career expectations so of course an integration with a self sufficient carrier would be completely different than with another regional carrier.

WITHOUT the Midwest network and brand, these routes (both new and additional) would not be possible for the 190 growth and current 170 fleet flying in MKE. This should be considered in any fair integration.

Killer is simply getting what is best for the RAH guys, even though he knows they undercut the Midwest pilots and was used to REPLACE their jobs. The 170 REPLACED 16 717's, and the 190 will replace the remaining 9. From the beginning TH asked us to accept Republic wages as this was known to them from day one how this would turn out. Now Bedford wants a QUICK integration cause he knows a 190 on a Midwest certificate manned by Republic pilots is a VIOLATION of the Midwest Contract. So will he slap a "connect" sticker on it? Who knows?

The one thing RAH pilots have going for them is the current active Midwest pilots ARE WEAK and are already ADMITTING DEFEAT. They accepted the sacrifice of thier brethren but when their time comes will they go down swining or do down grabbing their ankles? I hope it's not the latter.

Either way, I HOPE IT FAILS. I will take from it the best I can then flush it down the toilet. After all, thats what my former CEO taught me. I am sure the RAH pilots are giddy that they now have a "career" with $37/hr upside for FO's who invested $25,000+ in their training (not including the 4yr degrees most have). By my math, that is a crappy investment.

So again I ask you Killer, what is fair? How is a MKE fence for ALL MEH pilots to retain what was their flying (both 170/190 which REPLACED our flying) unfair to you? We hear it was "our management is forcing me to fly this route or i will be fired" or "our management is treating the midwest pilots horribly", but when it comes to integration, suddenly the RAH pilots are entitled and demanding because "they bought us". Oh now, it's "they"!
