A cheap company pays it's employees cheap. This Bedford guy is nothing but a hawk. A junk bond salesman. He reminds me of Lorenzo and companies like Peoples Express and New York Air. Pay your employees nothing, treat them like dirt because there will always be another class graduating from Embry Riddle more than willing to fly right seat for $37.00/hr. It is pathetic that management abuses people who are trying to make a career. But it also re-enforeces my point. You bought me, I didn't buy you. You bought my seniority and contract. IF you don't honor that, I will be asking for it to be taken to court. You won't win. So after reading the vile garbage the last couple of pages, I am urging all Midwest pilots who read this to call your MEC and demand an arbitration.
