Nope... If they want to be represented, the list should be stapled to the bottom of the TranStates list and they can be covered by ALPA (Personally if I was a TSA pilot I would push for them to have to reapply). Their actions now, only show that they realize that TSA management will attempt to screw them too- and really only serves to show that they fully knew that their actions were harmful to TSA's pilot group.

A small right to protect yourself, doesn't correct a large wrong against a large group.
