Not to be a butt-in-ski, and any of you UPS guys please correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I remember, when a UPS line pilot moves over to the Dark (Management) side, the very first thing they do is a partial lobotomy, taking out those portions of the brain that control caring, compassion, and common sense, leaving a shell of a person. Now to get them back under the IPA umbrella, they have to try and re-insert those pieces, but alas, they were thrown out with the trash.
