- Management isn't doing their proper homework prior to opening foreign domiciles and associated FDA bids (or they wait to do it until after the bid is open?)

- They simply aren't being honest with us (although this latest FCIF sounds suspiciously honest)
In either case, we deserve better!
We would be fired if we did a half-*ssed job like that
Or they pulled some creative negotiations by promising the senior guys in the union a paid vacation in paris. All they would have to do is agree to this HKG thing for half the price. Whoops it is not our fault those crazy French wont agree to do it our way.
