There are lots of books out there on flight training and its many subtopics. Maybe you could be a little more specific. The best reference material on how to teach is the FOI. If you want something more specific, you need to specify whether you are doing primary training, instrument training, multiengine, etc. and what kinds of questions you have about it.
Im looking specifically for a book or two that has ideas and those lessons that were not put in the FAA books. I guess anything that CFI's have written about lessons they learned at the "school of hard knocks" so to speak as a new CFI. I guess something along the lines of (
I learned about CFI'ing from that.)Tip books so to speak.
You know the lessons New CFI's learned that wasnt in the Books....lol
