The best reference material on how to teach is the FOI. If you want something more specific, you need to specify whether you are doing primary training, instrument training, multiengine, etc. and what kinds of questions you have about it.
This seems narrow minded, there is not one other book or source to explore better methods of teaching?
Multiple Intelligences
I highly recommend this source then, and some research on eastern versus western learning styles. It can open your eyes to some interesting new ideas on how a person learns.
