Do you have enough money saved to pay for your training?
If not, I would think you could move here, get a normal, non-pilot job (work at an FBO sweeping floors, doing bookwork, etc.) and use that income to pay for your training. Some FBOs even have internship, where you get free lessons in exchange for working with them.
Once you get your CFIs, you might be able to start instructing for money (no more sweeping floors!), and use that income to pay for your commercial instruction, and so-on. This way you're getting paid to fly, building hours (which you need for an airline job), and getting CASH to pay for your training (getting paid to fly, so you can afford to fly some more!). Keep in mind I'm only a private flyer, so I'm just going on what other's have told me.
I would suggest getting legal citizenship before you come here.
