I agree that some of the 90-day wonder types will lose interest if they have to work in lowly GA before achieving their exalted (and richly deserved) status as airline pilots. Oh darn, good riddance.

It does not actually take that long to go from 250 to 1500 hours...2-3 years even if you don't try very hard.
