In this profession, I'd prefer guys who are psychologically "under the weather" to just call in sick. If a pilot can't remain positive, they can't in my opinion, do a professional job. If that's the case, they should either get their head on right, or leave the profession to those of us who, under the same or similar strains, can still focus on getting the job done. Just my opinion.
