It looks like this is going to be a bit of a battle to push this through and it would be good to know where the unions stand.

The pilot mills, RAA and to a lesser extent mainline (ATA) will not want this to go through.

I think for the most part pilots want this and hopefully the unions will too.

This just means it is up to everyone that wants this to contact their sens/reps and let them know how they feel. Also informing the general public does amazing things. When I tell ppl I am pilot most think I am some sort of a millionaire and have no idea who/what is actually at the front of the big metal tube.
