There is a huge difference between any regional and SWA. While you hate to see mainline jobs lost, SWA doesn't seem like a bad alternative. Employees are paid and treated well, industry leading infact. I think Southwest has been a bright spot in the industry rather than the one to bring it down. Instead of blaming Southwest, Mainline needs to figure out how to compete with SWA rather than beating them at their own game.
