Imagine, they can no longer say, "All you need is 250 hours and we can get you a job."
They will say, "We will get you your certificates, then it's up to you to be dedicated and get some time under your belt."

That's the way it used to be not that long ago.
I don't know what the hiring market was like back in the mid 80s when I started to fly, but I thought it was like this too back then.
