Not gonna happen...there is no FAR that says you cannot possess reading material in the cockpit. There's not even even a grey area on that.
You are allowed to read anything you want when the airplane is not moving. There are very few things which the FARs say you cannot possess in the cockpit...a weapon is the only thing I can think of, and even that does not apply to everyone. Porno, Booze (unopened), iPod, laptop, DVD's...all good.
