I'm pretty sure that SWA will soon make an offer to the F9 pilots, and I think that the future course of SWA's bid will rest on whether or not the F9 guys want it. If they don't want it, I think that they will soon be Republic pilots. That is the choice that they're going to need to make.
To the best of my knowledge, no SWA pilot has ever resigned for a job with Republic. Maybe Republic pilots will get an industry leading contract, I wish them nothing but luck.

Republic Pilots Don't Need Luck, all knowing one--we will have your cash when you have to cough up the funds to Republic to successfully complete the bid process--about $ 300 Million Dollars approximately.

I think that that will be an important decision for them--either way, I hope they will have the opportunity to continue their career--whatever choice they make.
