Hopefully, this level of confusion doesn't accurately represent any pilot group.

I'm pretty sure that SWA will soon make an offer to the F9 pilots, and I think that the future course of SWA's bid will rest on whether or not the F9 guys want it. If they don't want it, I think that they will soon be Republic pilots. That is the choice that they're going to need to make. To the best of my knowledge, no SWA pilot has ever resigned for a job with Republic. Maybe Republic pilots will get an industry leading contract, I wish them nothing but luck.

The beginning of knowledge is the discovery of something we do not understand.

Save your " Pearls of Wisdom " for the F9 guys/gals that are hinging on that soon to be made " Offer from SWA ".

Make sure that offer Integrates, and Compensates, them properly--because when all is said and done--that is all that matters!

" To the best of my knowledge, no SWA pilot has ever resigned for a job with Republic. "

The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance -- it is the illusion of knowledge.

" Maybe Republic pilots will get an industry leading contract, I wish them nothing but luck. "

Republic Pilots Don't Need Luck, all knowing one--we will have your cash when you have to cough up the funds to Republic to successfully complete the bid process--about $ 300 Million Dollars approximately.

Remember, DIP Financing .

But, I will agree with you when you say that " It will rest on whether, or, not the F9 Group wants what's being offered on either side. "

I think that that will be an important decision for them--either way, I hope they will have the opportunity to continue their career--whatever choice they make.
