I want to add that I wasn't happy about Republic either. Until I heard about that, for the last 6 months I was under the impression Frontier was looking for "exit" financing. It never entered our minds that they would be bought. I just thought if they were able to secure that they would come out of bk.
I haven't talked to other F9 employees and my husband won't let me on the F9 boards (he doesn't read them and doesn't like me on them either) so I don't know how they are feeling.
Again, it still sucks!!
To be honest, I don't blame him for not reading or wanting you to read some of the other boards. With as emotional an issue as this is, I'm sure there are some extreme positions being posted there as well. Since it is in the hands of the courts we'll just have to wait and see if anyone else bids and who gets the prize known today as Frontier.
Like my wife is always telling me "things will work out the way they are supposed to."
