I am guessing that it'll be more like the Morris deal with all pilots being offered employment at SWA, no interviews. That could go horribly wrong however, if no agreement could be reached (as happened with Muse Air). When I say horribly wrong, I mean that SWA will either withdraw their bid or not offer guaranteed employment. I would also guess that a potential agreement for pay rates and seniority are being discussed right now by FAPA and SWAPA.
