I am curious on why Alaska isn't one of the most desirable majors to work at. The pay is decent, the destinations look pretty cool everywhere from Cabo to Adak, Alaska, it's becoming an all 737 fleet and all there equipment is fairly young from what I hear. The one thing I have heard about Alaska is that from time to time they have management issues, but doesn't everyone? I would just like to know others opinions on hear on why Alaska isn't more desirable than other majors out there to work for.
