Whoever said Alaska wasnt as desirable as SWA?? Alaska is a great company... in my opinion it is just as desirable as SWA. I think that it may appear that it isnt only because SWA is hiring 600 guys a year, so more guys are attempting SWA. I personally have been trying to get an interview with Alaska and would prefer to go to them over SWA. It is just more difficult because they arent hiring like gangbusters.
