On a related note, my source (don't we all have them!), flag ops have been delayed until at least December.
Wonder if it has anything to do with the FAA inspector that was denied entrance to the China and detained by authorities while they were trying to figure it out.
Hard to operate if the FAA inspectors can't certify the place for flag ops?
