I didn't explain it the way I should've... JAL, Air India, etc. offer their western pilots work permits, visas,etc
before they bring them over... Whereas in order to work for any US airline you have to be a
legal alien or a naturalized citizen before they will hire you... In other words the JAL or Air India situation does not exist in the US...
The second part of your post... you might be right but I'm not gonna go there...
