I'm just happy we have a TA. That being said, if it even reaches the pilot group, I will read it in full multiple times and make the best decision I can. I'm not in either the "vote no, no matter what" or the "vote yes, no matter what" groups. I'd like to think both of those groups are relatively small, not to mention selfish, and/or under-informed.
good finally someone else that gets it...thank you my faith was beginning to fade.
too much "vote no no matter what cause thats what you are supposed to do" (usually said by guys with less than 2 years in the industry)
too much "I'm voting yes I'm just sick of not having a contract" (many senior and junior guys)
too much "I'm voting no because deadhead pay is only 75% (even though hourly pay is increased to $120/hr)
read the whole dang thing first then use YOUR brain and decide.
