They each have their own "policy" which is open to interpretation based on whichever 9th grade education wonder you get. as they are frisking you in your cubicle on the side watch the old man walk by with his metal cane, the redneck with a ceramic or plastic knife in his belt, and the actual terrorist with a gun that is camouflaged as a working cell phone....
