Have you ever bid lines using PBS ? Have you seen the results you indicate ?
I have used it before. It did not yeild the reduction in manning that PBS creators promised my previous company. It is the typical difference between perception and reality. Also known as garbage in = garbage out !
What I would fear more if UPS managed to negotiate PBS into our contract is their normal blatant disregard for ANY agreement they make with their employees. That's where they get us every day, day in and day out.
