I've worked under PBS, and I can see why junior pilots that are good with computers might want it, because with some systems you can easily get yourself a much better schedule than the senior guys if you know what you are doing and they don't.

Also, beyond any shadow of a doubt, UPS will be able run the airline with less pilots with PBS. PBS will equal furloughs at UPS. There are no two ways about it and anyone who argues differently is highly uneducated about PBS.
PBS will be the final nail in the coffin of a UPS pilot career. There will be furloughs, and there will not be any hiring for likely 10 years or more.
No thanks, this place already sucks bad enough without PBS.
