The only reason why we made high bonuses is that every time the company makes it more difficult for us to achive higher bonus we prove them we can do it.

Wait until they tell you guys something like "Eh everyone out there is performing so well at other companies so we have to raise the bar for you guys and cut your bonus in half if you perform the same the next quarter"
