They're trying it at Compass, and it ain't workin' too well. For example, as taken from the Compass Home Page, here are our stats for August (only 7 days) up to now:
Arr. w/in 14: 83.2%
On-Time Factor: 67.7%
I feel happy that I am out on vacay and am happily ignoring the calls from scheduling and the offers for 1.5x pay.
Question: will we look better to DAL if we perform better or worse? I can go either way.
