Don't fret over one lousy nrt slot. I bet they never start the service and if they do it won't last. They will have their asses handed to them and we will either buy back the slot on the cheap or get it for nothing(Oh, and still have the Lga operation). Dougweiser is so far out of his league dealing with the NWA sharks that run the new Delta it is not even funny.
I am trying to figure out if we gave it to them, or will jet let them use it. I look for subtle clues in these releases, and I have not found one that states that they actually took possession of the slot. It states that they will "gain access to" that IMHO means that we will allow them access but we A) have right of first refusal, or B) still own it and will jet let them operate on our authority.
Also. I am think that LCC gets the use of the gates at the MAT, and we will use off of the gates at the main terminals.
