Air Whiskey is hiring lower time applicants, I know of two...however, these two had just spend the last 6 months in an internship that gave them 200 hours apiece of multi-engine turbine experience. Other than that, I don't know. You mention nothing of friends writing recommendation letters or "walking in" your resume. Trust me, if you can do that, the process will be greatly accelerated.
