How hard would it be to see the difference of what a pilot would have made under the new payscale and then give a percentage of that based on what the 10 million is able to give? If a pilot would have made 50,000 more over the last 4 years, then pay as high a percentage of that as possible so that everyone gets the same percentage of what they should have made. I've read arguments about who has worked the hardest and pilots on reserve not getting high block. That's kinda beyond the point IMO.
