You are right. Unfortunately there are Republic guys/gals who are happy with this. I have flown with them. Fortunately however, there are not many but they are certainly out there. It's pretty depressing when I come across these people. Most of these pilots are so excited about all the short term possibilities that they are blind to the fact that this is hurting them in the long run. People only see the near future, it's unfortunate.

I had a mainline guy (airline irrelevant) the other day tell me he hopes that we get Frontier because it would be great for all of us Republic folks. I was really surprised by this. I respectfully disagreed with him.

As I sit here taking a break from schoolwork to read some posts it reminds me why I am back in school. I can't wait to get out of this industry. It sucks that we have to spend so much money and time to get here to realize it sucks. Call me a debbie downer but it's just my personal opinion. Maybe someday things will turn around but I don't plan on waiting around to find out. Back to the books, goodnight y'all.
