They asked me things like my total hours, what I accumlated over the past 6 months to a year, how much multi I accumulated over that period and type of plane that I flew. Also they looked at my past employment and saw that I was an intern and asked me about what kind of experiences I got from the internship and how I can bring that to the cockpit and that was it. They were very nice and cordial at Express Jet, but unfortunately no interview. Hope that helps.
