Step 3(b), Remove the two sentences in Section 1 that allow Compass to exist in the first place and reset the mainline fleet trigger. By simply moving the Compass jets to mainline and resetting that number as the floor, we prevent the excuse of using Compass to justify a 3 to 1 expansion of large RJ flying.
This is where your path breaks down against the contract language and real world that actually exists. Why would management want to "gift" us this piece? They were the ones that wanted it in the first place! Explain in detail how you make it happen, please.
