That's my point...SWA hasn't experienced the up and down's of the other airlines in the past 40 years.
If you have been at SWA for the last 20 years I think your experience is very different than being at Delta for the last 20.
OK.. I'll give you that one.. but it by no means that SWA pilots have been at or near the top of anything over that period of time... They never set the bar on anything except average taxi speed.
