I read all the info on the Mexican AF's official release of their UFO incident in summer of 2008. The AF official's involved said it was a non-earth based UFO. It is one of the very few official gov't reports of a UFO.

And, of course, there is the UFO incident at O'Hare, 2005? 2006? where literally hundreds of airline employees, including lots of pilots, saw the UFO(s) there.
