That's sad...I never would have thought that USAA would allow themselves to sink to ebryone else's level.

I did a very informal poll of AD and Contractors (Retired) here at FOB Warrior and I was very surprised at how many had left USAA in the past 2-3 years. Only one had left for customer service related issues. Good customer service can only carry you so far..not enough to make up 5K!
