Maybe we should concentrate on a better retirement package next round...it could motivate Favre's to leave earlier and they may actually live longer post Brown, win-win.
We tried that the last time around, many junior crew members cried foul, saying it only benefited the older guys. Rather shortsighted obviously.
It's their pension too.
