Before you get too righteous, why don't you read up on the history of William Walker and how his legacy had a direct effect on US policy in Nicaragua in the 70's and 80's? My point is that a country doesn't have to plant a flag to practice imperialism......in this case, economic imperialism.
(Before you flag wavers start telling me to leave the US if I don't like it, I happen to love this country and scrutiny and criticism doesn't change that)
