Minus the absence of RNAV and AT, a CRJ and ERJ systems are the same as any other widebody airplane. I would buy "wide body or INT" experience but to exlude RJ pilots is BS.
I thought the RJ was the RJ for the rest of the world. Ya know, that's why there is hiring for CRJ200/700/900's & EMB-145/175's all over the world.
Plus, I don't of ANY RJ's that DON'T have RNAV capabilities.
