I told my block rep that if this is in the contract, it will be an automatic NO vote from me. Yes, we have a seniority based system...for bidding, vacation etc. nobody has a problem with that. This is something else all together. And no, it is NOT ALPA standard, nice try but not relevant.
Write your block rep so this never even gets into openers.
