You used to do all CALs regional feed, fought your a** off the get an industry leading contract, then had 50%+ flying "redirected" by CAL to other cheaper carriers who fly 70+ seat aircraft for peanuts. You guys can complain about XJT pilots dogging on Colgan/Commutair/CHQ/Gulfstream pilots all you want, but if you were a 6+ year XJT pilot, you would feel the same way. I'm sure this is exactly how CAL pilots felt when XJT starting taking their jet routes, and rightfully so, but the point is, a 21 year old colgan pilot getting excited about Q400s coming to IAH is not something XJT guys are gonna get on here and smile about. By the way, I'm aware this is and always has been CALs flying and they can give it to whomever they want, but the point is seeing it given to pilots willing to fly more seats for cheaper is downright sad for any pilot group.
