I don't think it will matter a whole lot. With our last new hire class we have about 2000 applicants for 10 positions ... 5 of which went to former Colgan pilots who came back. Just imagine how many applicants we will get when we're trying to hire 185 pilots next year for 16 more Q's (yes, 16, we're replacing the one we lost)
