Dude. If you are implying that I am a weak lamb based on what your definition of what a slippery slope is, there is nothing further from the truth when it concerns me and many of the others who are trying to point things out to you.

From what I have seen, Nu, Tom and I are not defending ALPA or scared of the association in any way. What we do seem to have-- which you seem to be lacking-- is a knowledge of the law. Shouting words like "tyranny" and "unconstitutional" might sound good in the movies, buy they don't really fly in court, which is the real world.

The slippery slope I was speaking of is the fact that you are arguing that it's unfair for ALPA to force the company to fire you for not paying dues, while on the other hand ALPA's presence hinders the company from being able to fire you at its discretion. Your slope is that you are arguing in circles in some ways. It's almost circular reasoning.

With that said, I am still not defending ALPA, but for now, that's just the way it is. The way to change it is to pick up a book or take a class so you know what you're talking about. You won't change anything by attacking those who might have a little bit more information than you. Good luck.
