The rest of the TA was released and get this - THERE ARE NO PAYRATES!!! Instead of having defined payrates, every year they take the industry average and apply them to us up to a maximum of 3%. We are completly dependant on what other carriers negotiate. Does anybody know of another carrier that has done this? Seems like a bad presidence to set. Have fun with this one guys.
